Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable, as your time slot is reserved specifically for you. However, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule your ride based on availability.
